Whether you’re Irish or Scottish by birth or just in your heart, you’ll find the magical Celtic spirit alive at The Kilt & Clover. 

The Kilt & Clover opened its brick and mortar storefront in 2006 when Linda Maher Castree, herself 100-percent Irish, revamped the store after long-time Celtic shop, The Tin Whistle, closed its doors at the same location.

Located just south of the intersection of Main Street and Auburn Street in northwest Rockford, Illinois, 60  miles west of Chicago, The Kilt & Clover has become known for its wide range of high-quality, authentic and unique Irish and Scottish imports and gift items.

We believe the beautiful and whimsical Celtic culture deserves to be shared. That’s why a large part of our time is spent hosting Celtic-themed events and educating people about the culture and traditions of Ireland and Scotland, including our popular Celtic wedding seminars, live musical and dance performances and Irish Gaelic classes, tin whistle and highland bagpipe lessons and professional story telling events.
